Hey Friend! I’m Ricky.

About me

I’m Ricky—an outgoing, laugh-loving, hype-man-turned-photographer who’s all about making people feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease in front of the camera. Born and raised in the peach state (Go, Georgia!), now based in Toronto—but I’ll travel anywhere love takes me. Whether it’s a backyard celebration or a wedding across the world, I’m all in.

My photography journey started with a simple camera I bought to capture travel memories… and somewhere along the way, friends started asking me to take their photos. Before I knew it, I was falling in love with capturing their love stories—and I haven’t looked back since. Photography for me isn’t just about clicking the shutter at the right time. It’s about knowing how to direct, how to bring out the best in people, and how to make those “I-don’t-know-what-to-do-with-my-hands” moments feel natural and joyful.

I love the process—watching a wedding unfold from the quiet getting-ready moments to the teary vows to the late-night dancing. Every gallery feels like rewatching a romantic movie, and there’s nothing better than seeing your reactions when you relive it all through your photos.

Working with me feels like meeting a new friend—or reconnecting with an old one. Whether you want someone to hype up the wedding party or gently guide you into romantic, editorial-style poses, I’ve got you. I adjust my energy to match yours, and by the time your big day arrives, we’re not just working together—we’re making memories as friends or even family.

On a personal note, I believe we create because He first created us. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of everything I do. I believe that every love story is sacred and that creativity is one of the greatest gifts we’ve been given. It’s an honor to use that gift to serve others.

I recently got engaged to my beautiful best friend, Kiara, who’s not only my biggest supporter but also an amazing content creator and the face behind our photo booth experience. We’re walking this wedding journey too, and we couldn’t be more excited to share the love with you.

She loves getting to know each couple personally and building a friendship that makes them feel entirely comfortable in front of the camera. With a natural talent for noticing the tiny, meaningful details — a quiet glance, a soft touch, a moment of laughter — Carly captures images that feel honest, emotional, and timeless. Her warm energy makes her a calming presence on any wedding day.

Ahmed – Photographer

Ahmed is a skilled photographer with a kind, gentle soul who instantly puts couples at ease. He is driven by a genuine love for documenting love stories in their purest form, capturing moments that are heartfelt and real. His artistic eye helps him create beautifully composed images, while his patience and sincerity make the experience feel effortless. Whether it’s a quiet moment between the couple or the joy of family surrounding them, Ahmed preserves every emotion with care.

Andrew – Videographer

Andrew is deeply passionate about transforming wedding days into cinematic love films. With a strong storytelling mindset, he focuses on capturing movement, emotion, and all the unscripted moments that make each couple’s journey unique. His approach blends creativity with authenticity, ensuring that every film feels personal and true to the couple. Andrew’s goal is simple: to create a timeless memory that you can relive for years to come.

Kiara – Content Creator

Kiara is an energetic and dedicated content creator who brings positivity wherever she goes. She has a natural talent for supporting brides throughout the day — fixing the dress, fluffing the veil, straightening details, and making sure everything feels perfect. While doing this, she captures stunning behind-the-scenes moments and fast-turnaround videos that couples absolutely love. Kiara’s creativity and helpful spirit make her an incredible addition to any wedding day team.

My fiancé, Brendan, and I got our engagement session taken with Ricky. We saw his work at my cousin’s wedding, and I fell in love with the style of his photos. My fiancé and I had such an amazing time at our engagement session. Brendan was anxious to take pictures, but was genuinely laughing and playing the games Ricky suggested for the photos.
